Relocating?

Making sure your move goes smoothly is our top priority. We begin by providing a customized relocation package tailored to your needs and wants. Our relocation package includes extensive school information, cost of living comparisons, local real estate statistics, demographic comparisons, weather information, recreation, cultural opportunities, sports, hobbies, golf, places of worship, shopping, restaurants, health clubs, recreation centers, medical facilities and any specific needs you may have. Our clients also find our website to be a very helpful resource prior to visiting the area. We will stay in contact with you throughout the entire process. Once you arrive we will give you a general tour of the area so that you can get a better feel for things and we can get a better feel for what will fit your needs. We have 3 vehicles available depending on the situation. All three of the vehicles seat 7 and have video and GPS. Relocating families find our full size van to work extremely well when children come along and we provide video games, snacks, music, etc when appropriate. There's even a baby monitor for when the kids fall asleep. We have a luxury SUV for inclement weather. Most buyers choose to hire us as their advocates and we work primarily as a "Buyer's Agent".
